Jesus v. Religion

religion = works


Jesus = grace

religion = continual

Jesus = complete

religion = dependence on our goodness
 
Jesus = dependence on HIS goodness

religion = working to obtain favor

Jesus = love freely given

religion = self

Jesus = God


which do you believe?
better yet, which do you live?
 
Something to think about today as we gather together to worship. 

Question is, which are you worshiping?

  3. James 2:14-26 As mom says, we'll have to just agree to disagree. :P I believe that we need a religion to practice what Jesus taught us to do. I believe that Jesus came "not to abolish the law and the prophets, but to fulfill them". I love Jesus...so I use my religion to worship and obey Him. ;) Love, Vivi
